Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any website, product, or service operated by QAlytics LLC ("QAlytics," "we," "our," or "us") — including GateMate™, ScopeCreep, Verdiq, and qalytics.net — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services. By joining a waitlist, creating an account, or using any QAlytics product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Our Services

QAlytics LLC currently operates or is developing the following services:

• GateMate™ — a live events social platform connecting attendees at shared physical events via GateLink rooms (gatemate.net)
• ScopeCreep — a Jira plugin for real-time scope creep detection (in development)
• Verdiq — an AI-powered launch readiness and Go/No-Go scoring platform (in development)
• QAlytics Studio website — the parent company website at qalytics.net

These services are provided on an evolving basis. Features, availability, and pricing may change as products develop. We will notify users of material changes where reasonably possible.

Accounts & Waitlists

When you join a waitlist or create an account with any QAlytics product, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at info@qalytics.net
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

Waitlist signup does not guarantee access to any product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any waitlist application at our sole discretion.

You may not create accounts using automated means or create accounts on behalf of others without their explicit consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use QAlytics services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or automated requests
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our products
• Use our services to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from our platforms
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Use our services to build a competing product without our written consent

For GateMate specifically: all interactions within GateLink rooms must be respectful and consensual. Any form of harassment, inappropriate solicitation, or threatening behavior will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities.

Your Content

You own your content. Any profile information, messages, or other content you submit to QAlytics products remains yours.

By submitting content to our platforms, you grant QAlytics a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and reproduce that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the rights to any content you submit
• Your content does not violate the rights of any third party
• Your content does not contain unlawful, harmful, or offensive material

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to our community or platform.

Intellectual Property

All QAlytics products, including GateMate™, ScopeCreep, and Verdiq, and all associated logos, names, designs, software, and content — are the exclusive property of QAlytics LLC or its licensors.

The names GateMate™, ScopeCreep, and Verdiq are trademarks of QAlytics LLC. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in our products, services, or intellectual property beyond the limited license to use our services as described herein.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. QAlytics makes no warranties that:

• The services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any defects or errors will be corrected
• The services will meet your specific requirements
• Results obtained from use of the services will be accurate or reliable

Products currently in beta or development — including ScopeCreep and Verdiq — are provided for early access and testing purposes. Features may change significantly before general availability.

Verdiq's Go/No-Go scoring is provided as a quality signal and decision-support tool only. It does not constitute professional software certification, legal advice, or a guarantee of product quality. Launch decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user's team and organization.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QAlytics LLC and its founder, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

In no event shall QAlytics's total liability to you for all claims exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid to QAlytics in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any QAlytics service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms, harmful behavior, or if we discontinue a service.

You may stop using our services at any time. To request account or data deletion, email info@qalytics.net with the subject "Account Deletion Request."

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas. You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.

Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at info@qalytics.net and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via email (if we have your address) or by placing a prominent notice on our website.

Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our services.
